- High Resolution IGZO TFT
- DRTECH’s next-generation IGZO TFT, developed with proprietary expertise and in-house technology, features 10 times faster electron mobility and significantly lower leakage current. Compared to a-Si, it enables 10 times noise reduction, delivering high-resolution diagnostic images with minimal noise even at low radiation doses.
- FOCUS Scintillator
- FOCUS (Fluorescent Optical CsI Upgraded Structure) is a technology that deposits a uniformly structured CsI layer onto the TFT. By significantly reducing noise caused by light scattering compared to conventional CsI, it enables the production of clear, high-contrast images even at low radiation doses.
